Hailing from Bostwick, Florida, Joey Anderson is a genre-spanning songwriter and performer whose music blends a distinctive Southern voice, a touch of class, and a wealth of hard-nosed grit. A 22-year military veteran, Joey brings the same authenticity, discipline, and resilience to his music that have defined his life of service.

Over the past six years, Joey has self-produced four albums and numerous singles, while sharing stages with nationally recognized artists including Frankie Ballard, Jason Michael Carroll, Ward Davis, Sunny Sweeney, Colby Acuff, David Ramirez, and Logan Mize. His work has earned six Northwest Country Music Association Awards from 19 nominations, establishing him as an accomplished and respected voice within the independent music community.

Joey's creative reach extends beyond his own music. Alongside his wife, Stevie Lynne, an award-winning artist in her own right, he performs as Jovie & The HoneyChuckle, an eclectic vocal duo known for their dynamic blend of styles and personalities.

A passionate advocate for fellow songwriters and performers, Joey has produced and supported a variety of live music initiatives, including The Black Diamond Presents, Live at the Bing, the Inland Northwest SongFest in Spokane, Washington, and Soundstage at The Larimer in Palatka, Florida. In 2024, he participated in Warrior Song at Zac Brown's Camp Southern Ground, further connecting his military experience with his commitment to the songwriting community.

Joey currently serves on the Board of the Arts Alliance of Putnam and is a member of the North Florida Folk Network and the Nashville Songwriters Association International. In 2026, he partnered with Buzz News Media to host The Sounds of Seven Bridges, a video series dedicated to showcasing and strengthening the music ecosystem of Northeast Florida.
